"⸻ Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I have undergone training at this facility for three consecutive years during summer vacations, each lasting two months — and I must say, it has been a thoroughly disappointing experience. Despite having around 40 participants in the pool at a time, there is only one coach, which makes meaningful instruction impossible. The fees are unreasonably high for the quality of training provided. The coach rarely communicates — sometimes not even once a month — about what the learner should focus on or improve. There is a complete lack of child-friendly teaching approaches, and the trainers show minimal interest in engaging young learners. In contrast, many other swimming centers offer structured programs that include fun, game-based swimming lessons at a similar cost. There are no female trainers, which is a major concern for female learners and families seeking a safe and inclusive environment. Hygiene is also a serious issue — cleaning is done only twice a month, and the changing rooms are consistently smelly and poorly maintained. After three years of trying to make it work, I can confidently say this place is a waste of time and money. I hope they seriously reconsider their management, staff-student ratio, and hygiene standards — otherwise, they will continue to lose trust and credibility"
